Surprise Romantic Proposal at Swarthmore College

I’ve known Zack since way back when we went to Prospect Park elementary/middle school; he was always a sweet guy with such a fun personality! I ran into Zack at a local bar one night a few months ago and he said he was actually just talking about us because he’s been really admiring our work lately and wanted to set up a surprise proposal shoot…. ummm YES; I was so excited (and nervous!) because this was my first proposal shoot opportunity!

He had the perfect plan; Jess apparently has been bugging him to get photos done, so he acted like he “finally” gave in and suggested to her that Nick and I take the photos since we know them and they both really loved our work. So secretly Zack and I came up with a plan and a cue for when we were ready for him to pop the question. We met up at the gorgeous Swarthmore College strolled around, took some photos and reminisced a bit. We found the perfect stone archway with vines growing all around it, and that’s when I gave Zack the cue. He kneeled down, pulled the ring box out of his sock (lol!) and asked his future wife to marry him! It was such a happy moment and I’m so happy we were there to capture it!! Jess is a beautiful girl with such a big heart & I’m so happy for the both of them! CONGRATS GUYS! 🙂
